Individual Therapy
Carrying distress around with us is normal, but sometimes it can get too heavy. Individual therapy begins with the process of unpacking your distress. As we do so, we explore your stories, and we find ways to make each story a meaningful part of you rather than a heavy piece of baggage. We identify which coping strategies you already have that are pretty great and which ones could be gently let go. Your humanity, your strengths, and your own goals are welcome here, whether you’re a kid, teen, or adult.
